Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 11 lbs
Our cat was diagnosed with blastomycosis and has had relapses with no cure possible. He now has sores and scabs with pus. .What can we use to disinfect surfaces or clothes that got the pus on them? Our vet doesn't know, doesn't think bleach works very well.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! You do not necessarily need to disinfect as these secretions are not expected to be contagious. However, if you would like to clean them, you can use any cleaning product of your preference. Good luck and have a good night!
