I took my cat to the vet and they said he had allergy but didn't prescribe anything. my Kitty was suffering from watery eyes and runny nose plus sneezing (NOT TOO MUCH SNEEZING) for more than 5 days and all I did was steamy showers and ped. Saline twice. he's not improving and he was having hiccups all night and he didn't sleep cause he was super active and playful and he eats and drinks very fast and a lot that he always hiccups during or after. is the hiccup allergy related? What to give him?

It could be allergies but it could also be a viral upper respiratory infection. If they are otherwise acting normal then you could monitor for a few days and see if it resolves. If the signs persist or worsen then they should be examined by a vet for treatment.
