Vitamin C in excess is toxic to pets, especially cats. Plus Vitamin C won't cure her upper respiratory infection. It is indicated for people to help boost their immune system, but not so much in pets. She needs antibiotics to help her best. I would suggest scheudling an appt with your local vet to get her seen and treated, especially since she is so young. I hope that your kitty gets well soon. Best wishes and take care.
