My cat's eye is swollen, pupil dilated, head tilted. Is it an emergency?

My boyfriend came home to our cat's eye swollen shut with eye fluid, head tilting, and sneezing with a very light spray of blood. Since then we've kept her awake off and on incase of concussion. The swelling has gone done since then and she can see somewhat. My worry is, now that she's looking out the swollen eye, that it has a larger dilation than her other eye. She also hasn't ate or drink since her unknown caused accident. What should I watch for and do?

You need to take Naila into a vet immediately, this is a medical emergency. I would be very concerned she has head trauma, which would cause the head tilt, blood from the nose, and the anisocoria (one pupil more dilated than the other). When anisocoria comes on suddenly, this is a medical emergency. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. I hope this helps!
