Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 5 years and 3 months old | 12 lbs
I have a 5 year old domestic short hair. All shots, gets along with our other two but here is the problem. The liter is scooped twice a day and we change it every two weeks. He pisses on everything in the house including shoes, the bed, ruining my carpets, ect, ect. I'm running out of options with him. I've tried contacting every Shelton in the Tampa area and no one will take him due to over crowding. I can't afford a vet bill. Need some help.

recommend you try to contact ACT (Animal Coalition of Tampa). They have a low cost clinic that they run along with their spay/neuter surgeries. Also the Humane Society of Tampa Bay also has a low cost clinic and there is another clinic called Affordable Pet Hospital. I used to live in Tampa so I know there are many low cost vets in the area.
He could have anything from a urinary tract infection to cystitis (bladder inflammation to a behavioral marking issue.
Please reach out to one of those low cost clinics and get Stormy an exam. They will be able to help you diagnose what is going on and then prescribe the appropriate treatment.
