My cat has a sprained leg and is in pain. What to do until vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 6.6 lbs

My cat seems in pain hes sprained his leg from a fall. Is there any way i can sooth the pain till the morning when i take him to the vets

Poor Raj! I do think taking him to the vet in the morning is a good idea. I would keep him quiet for tonight, maybe in a crate if possible. Keep him indoors if he's allowed outdoors, and have him in a crate or a small room. Try to prevent him from running and jumping as much as possible. Please do not give him any human pain medications, many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. The vet can provide him with some safe pain relief.
