Why is my cat sneezing and vomiting after coming home from boarding?

Hi. He could have an upper respiratory infection that goes around boarding facilities sometimes and are unavoidable. But he sounds pretty sick qnd needs to be seen asap. Could be more then just an upper respiratory infection.

Shower may be not related at all to the presenting signs you described. Upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection (sneezing) and gastrointestinal disease may be possible.
