Oh dear, poor Bossy! I can see the red tissue, but cannot tell from the picture if it appears more consistent with a rectal prolapse, uterine prolapse or ruptured anal glands. Ideally, this situation should be addressed immediately, but if you need to wait until the morning, be sure that Bossy is not licking the prolapsed tissue by putting an e-collar (cone) on her. If you do not have one at home, this link has tips for making one at home: http://dogsaholic.com/care/homemade-dog-cone.html. You can keep the tissue moistened with a water-based lubricant. Take her to the vet as soon as possible in the morning. I hope that all goes well!
