Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered
Hello, we took in a stray cat we found and have decided to keep him. We found large amounts of tapeworms in his stool. The vet and gave him profender and said the worms would be killed and defecated in 2-3 days. My question is how can I be sure that has happened? He has had diarrhea since we found him (14 days) and in that time we also had him neutered. When I look in his litterbox, everything is covered in kitty litter. How do I know theyre gone? Also, any ideas for ending the diarrhea?
