My cat overate, threw up, is lethargic, and won't eat. What's wrong?

I recommend that you continue to monitor Whiskers closely for now. Have water available at all times to try to avoid dehydration. If no improvement is seen in the next 24 hours or he develops more vomiting and becomes more lethargic, have Whiskers evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment based on findings. It sounds as Lexy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet urgently, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Time will tell with this one. Since she's eating, drinking, and not lethargic, you certainly don't need to seek emergency care tonight. If tomorrow she still seems out of sorts, or continues to vomit, I would recommend scheduling a vet appointment for exam and x-rays of her abdomen. Vomiting can be observed with conditions such as gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, dietary indiscretion, gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion and obstruction, among other possibilities. For this reason, I highly recommend that you have Maxey evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible as I am afraid he is likely becoming dehydrated which could be why he is not as energetic. They would be able to check for these possibilities and also check his hydration status and give him medications to make him feel better. Good luck!

Defecating outside of the litter box is usually a medical issue and can be linked to everything else going on. It definitely sounds like something is bothering Kavek. I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian to get evaluated. He may have an upset stomach or he may have hurt himself.
