My cat's nose is inflamed and scabby. When should I contact a vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 5 lbs

My cat have some inflammation on he's nose and I see some scab probably I need contact my vet but I need make sure what's going on with my friend.

Thank you for the pictures, they are very helpful. Poor Vivaldi, this could be a skin infection causing the inflammation and he may have a scab there from rubbing his nose on things. You are right, you do need to contact your vet to make him an appointment to get this diagnosed and treated. You can give his vet a call in the morning. I hope this helps!
