It is very difficult to tell from the photo. This is something that needs to be examined in person by your vet so that you can find out exactly what it is. That being said, it does not appear to be anything serious. Some possibilities:

* scab
* horny, keratin growth
* skin tag
* cyst

    Hello there! A bump on the head can be so many different things - it could be a tick, a pimple, an abscess, a tumor, or a foreign object under the skin (like a thorn). The only way to know for sure is to have Sevyn looked at by the vet. It's probably not an emergency, but seeing a vet can give you some peace of mind. What the vet does to diagnose it is also going to depend on what it looks like.

    If you'd like to post another question with a photo of the lump, we might be able to give you a bit more insight. Good luck, and I hope Sevyn's lump goes away soon!
