Hello I am sorry to bug you again and I do not know if the same person will see this or not but this is about miss Izzy and it's a Hard bump and how my dad will not take her to the vet and has refused to do so for months even tho we ask and ask i have 30$ I will pay for the cat to be seen but the lump on her belly shy has multiple in one place and when i googled it the number one thing that came up was cancer and my sister loves this cat and I do not want anything to happen to her.

If you can't afford to go in for a visit, you'll have to hope the "lumps" are an abscess or other skin infection that will resolve with conservative treatment. Make a warm water epsom salt solution and put a cloth in it, then hold this compress to the lumps several times daily for 5 days. This should allow an abscess or other simple skin infection to drain and heal. Good luck!
