Hello, My Cat's tail is greasy and have some dark patches on the skin. What to do next? Is it serious?

Haacho could have a allergies, local yeast or bacterial infection or even mange or ringworm in that area. You can try cleaning it with a gentle oatmeal shampoo. Also make sure she is on a good flea preventative. Finally, if it isn't improving then I would recommend to see your vet for an exam and medication.
