My cat is gagging, not eating, drinking, or playing. Is it serious?

Poor Willie! Given that it appears she has vomited a foreign object (decorative balls from your bedspread) and the face she isn't eating, I would take her into a vet now. Skulls needs to see a vet. There are many reasons that may cause a cat to stop eating but if he does not eat he is at risk for developing hepatitic lipidosis (a disease of the liver when cats go too long without eating). which can be fatal.
