my 15 yr old cat has developed cataracts .Any treatment ?

Before treatment always comes a diagnosis. So the best would be to take Doudoune to your veterinarian for a thorough eye exam as there could be other causes of that, such as uveitis or diabetes. Once your vet has made a diagnosis he can address the disease and treat accordingly.
It is not very common for cats to develop cataracts.
