Why does my 9-month-old cat still have bad breath after worms?

i have a 9 month old male cat he had worms not to long ago i gave him pyrintal and there gone but he still has bad breath is this normal he seems to be normal and health playfull happy he loves drinking water

Bad breath has nothing to do with worms. It’s due to tartar buildup on the teeth and bacteria in the mouth. Just like if you never brushed your teeth you would have bad breath too. The best thing you can do is start brushing his teeth daily. You can watch a YouTube video on how to do this properly or you can consult with your local veterinarian to get instructions on how to brush his teeth.
