My cat has anal issues. Does he need an emergency vet visit?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 14 years and 10 months old | 15 lbs

I think my cat has an anal stricture - is this an emergency? Do I need to take him in to the ER straight away?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding The Bomb. Yes, I recommend that he sees a veterinarian right away. This would be a rare condition to be acquired by an older cat though. Constipation is much more likely. Regardless, he needs care. I hope this information helps!
