Should I cage my stray outdoor cat for 10 days while I'm away?

My cat is a stray cat it doesn’t live in my house but it has it’s own house in the backyard I take care of it all the time & I’m going away for 10 days & I don’t want it to stay alone outside for that much days so the only option is to give it to some one to watch for 10 days but the person said she’s only watching it if she leaves it in a big cage wer it cld move arnd but I’m afraid that he will become depressed bec what shld I do??? Shld I give it or not?

It's a very good idea not to leave your cat alone outside for 10 days. As long as the cage is big enough for food, water, and litter box as well as for him to move, he should be ok for that period of time. Best of luck.
