My parakeet looks weak and wobbly and falls overy at times what can I do to help him..

Sorry for your loss but don't think an answer can be given. A post-mortem examination (necropsy) could be your best idea for answers. There are several viral diseases that can cause acute death, and these could be tested for during the necropsy.

All the signs you described are general signs of a severe illness, I couldn't tell you what it is though, based on the symptoms, but one thing I can tell you for sure, if you do not take Rae to the vet in the next 24 hours, her chances of survival are slim to none, she needs medical treatment and fast.

I would definitely recommend taking Ohana in to see a vet as soon as you can. All the signs you are describing sound like she is a very sick bird. And since birds are so tiny it is very dangerous when they quit eating. Your vet may recommend doing some blood work to find out exactly what is going on. Good luck!
