My Lovebird laid eggs 28 days ago and they still haven't hatched and I'm pretty sure they are fertile because you can see the embryo.

The incubation period is 21-24 days. Make sure you have a proven pair (male and female). Females can lay eggs in the absence of a male, but the eggs will not be fertile. You should have them sexed via DNA testing. Your vet should be able to submit a sample for testing.
