How to help an injured pigeon with a bleeding wing right now?

I just found an injured pigeon. One of the wing is wounded and bleeding. I apply some savlon now what should i do. Should i apply some betadin or somethin else? Help me out!

You can continue with salvon only, try to get a hold of some baytril syrup (pet shop or vet), this is an antibiotic that you can put in his water. It's very important to check if the wing is broken or not, if it is broken it means this pigeon will not be able to return to fly, which means you will either have to keep him or to have him put to sleep.
