My budgies are fighting over food. Is this normal, and what can I do?

My budgie are normal kissing each other but I see many time when one budgie is eating then other came for eating and the first budgie is fighting badly with the second budgie I don't know the gender pls pls fast reply

Thanks for reaching out about Tiny and Pony and including photos. With budgiergars, the cere changes color as they are sexually mature. The males being blue, the females being tan or brown. These photos appear as if they are young. If they continue to fight over the feeding station, offer multiple feeding stations.
