I have great experience and success using Forbid. You mix it in the food for a 5-6 days in a row. The down side to all products is it is not permanent. It does work but will relapse and you will need to do another round from time to time.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You have a few options here. You could get a muzzle to avoid getting bit. You could consider bathing him which will make the lump of feces more manageable when is wet. Also, you could consider using an e-collar so that it is difficult for him to get around you to potentially bite. Good luck!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! That is likely not the issue. It really comes down to figuring out what is causing his allergies so that they can be treated or the specific allergen avoided. There are many things that can cause allergies though in most cases they can be broken down into 3 big categories: flea, food and environmental allergies. Allergies are usually worked up in a stepwise fashion starting with flea allergies as this is the easiest and cheapest to take care of. If not on a flea preventative, then it would be a good idea to get started on one. If not improved in 1-3 months then it is time to move on and check for food allergies by switching to a novel diet (new protein and new carbohydrate). If that does not seem to be the issue then you are left out having to check for environmental allergies which require blood and/or skin tests. You could

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Yes, this could be secondary to dietary indiscretion from changing his diet though this could also be something else. If it is just from changing his diet then this should stop very shortly. However, if this is due to something else such as pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, among other possibilities then this is unlikely to resolve and a veterinary evaluation would be indicated for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a great day!

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! There is really no good medical therapy to prevent this so I am not sure how well those pills would work. This is usually a behavior that dogs tend to improve from relatively quickly. I would just try to avoid him eating his feces and discourage this behavior as much as possible. It is very likely that he will eventually improve on his own. Good luck and have a great day!
