My personal preference, completed unrelated to Boop by Petco or Petco, would be Cosequin ( http://www.cosequin.com/dogs/ ) or Dasuquin ( http://www.dasuquin.com/en/products/#dog ). Both are made by Nutromax Labs.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! What an exciting time. You would need to start by getting a high quality diet (I like the Purina Pro Plan diets though there are plenty to choose from). Also, a dog bed and toys will be important as well. I recommend that you check with your veterinarian to get him in for initiation of vaccines and to start other preventative care medications such as flea and tick preventatives and heartworm preventatives. Good luck and enjoy your pup!

Hi, we are affiliated with Petco and they do offer these vet services at certain locations. Below is a link to a page that has a list of the services available and prices. There is also a link to the locations of the Vetco clinics. https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/vaccination-packages-and-prices/ https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/clinic-locations-and-schedules-ip/ I hope that helps and all is well with Barron.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I hope I am understanding your question, if I didn't please repost. We are not associated with a Veterinary hospital but are part of PetCo which offers veterinary services with VetCo. There are other hospitals that have wellness programs, which is kind of like health insurance but it isn't accepted at any other facility. If you are interested in Pet insurance, review this link. https://www.petinsurancereview.com/

The answer to which vaccinations your dog needs depends on her age and her individual risk factors. I am attaching a link to the American Animal Hospital Association's vaccine guideline below. https://www.aaha.org/guidelines/canine_vaccination_guidelines/practice_vaccination.aspx They recommend that all dogs receive DAPP and Rabies vaccinations. Those vaccines are considered Core vaccinations. Any other vaccinations are considered Non-Core and are only recommended for dogs that are at risk of contracting those diseases. The above website also includes a Lifestyle-Based Vaccine Calculator to help you determine which diseases your dog may be at risk for, but be sure to discuss that with your veterinarian to make the best decision. The Healthy Dog Package at VetCo includes DAPP vaccination and 2 Non-Core vaccinations (Bordetella and Lepto), but does not include Rabies. https://www.vetcoclinics.com/services-and-clinics/vaccination-packages-and-prices/ Good luck! I hope that was helpfu
