Feed a good quality pelleted diet (Harrison's, Roudybush, Lafeber, Pretty Bird or Exact) supplemented with a fortified seed mix and fresh greens and vegetables. Provide a cuttlebone or mineral block. Always have fresh water available. Provide an appropriately sized nesting box and suitable nesting material (straw, Aspen shaving, shredded newspaper, etc.).

I have a 22 year old Timneh African Grey parrot. I have used Harrison's pellets medium size in the past. It has been discontinued. My parrot won't eat the fine size and drops the large size into water. I need suggestions of what else to use.

[ZuPreem Avian Maintenance Natural](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/zupreem-avianmaintenance-natural-bird-diet-for-parrots-and-conures): a good pelleted food that may be of a similar size to what you were feeding prior. Ive found a baby bird what seems to be weeks old that has falled from its nest i used gloves to return it to its home but the mom has abandoned it, what should i feed it while he learns to fly(aka soon)
The easies solution is either Recovery from Royal canin or a/d from hills, both are wet foods designed for cats and dogs but are suitable for baby birds as well, you can draw them into a syringe and feed this bird (many times a day!)

My birds were in a very neglectful and abusive relationship before i got them. They are now much friendlier put are still a little angry whenever i try to pet them. I stopped trying out of fear of scaring them. How can i get them to trust me more?
Thanks for using Boop by Petco! Thanks for helping these guys! I would recommend you continue to try this because most of the time, it just takes time for them to get better and trust you more. The secret recipe really is patience and being consistent. I would also recommend you try giving them treats as you pet them so they start associating your contact with something positive. This should work but again it will take time. Best of luck!
