Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. If the puppy pads do not work, I would recommend a product called Fresh Patch, which you can order online. I have found that potty training is much more successful with this product. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. This is likely behavioral and will correct over time. One product that I recommend for people is something called Fresh Patch, which is a patch of grass delivered to your house every month. I've had great success getting puppies to use the patch of grass and find that they become potty trained rather quickly. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

Hello, and thank you for using Boop by Petco. This is a great question, and it's good that you're thinking about how to keep your animals safe. The difficulty comes from the fact that dirt and gravel are, by nature, nearly impossible to truly disinfect. So, with a big grain of salt to consider that it still won't be truly disinfected, but to do your diligence to try to sanitize the area as best as possible, I recommend thoroughly spraying the area with copious amounts of water first (the goal here is to dilute and wash away any remaining microscopic fecal matter). Let it dry, then I'd spray the top layer of dirt & g

The Simple Green products are effective and safe. Stronger cleaners will trade safety for efficacy. Baking soda and water or a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar can be effective and safe cleaners.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You have a few options here. You could get a muzzle to avoid getting bit. You could consider bathing him which will make the lump of feces more manageable when is wet. Also, you could consider using an e-collar so that it is difficult for him to get around you to potentially bite. Good luck!
