The pictures are not very clear but I would be afraid with a deep wound that maggots may be present which can be life threatening. If at all possible a vet visit would be recommended. If absolutely unavailable, bathing the area with 3% hydrogen peroxide can help flush maggots out. I would bathe all of him with a mild shampoo and cool water to remove as much sanitiser as possible. I would alsorecommendan oral flea preventionsuchas simparica or bravecto. If he develops a fever, antibiotics will be required.

It can survive a while but Paramyxoviruses are enveloped and are quite susceptible to detergents and most disinfectants so routine cleaning is sufficient. Accelerated peroxide cleaners and Quaternary ammonium products are both also effective.

As long as you washed the BBW soap off fully, Spoticus (I love her name!) should be fine. As long as you don't use the Febreze when she is standing right there, and allow it to dry completely before coming back into the room, it's fine to use.
