It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with the labeling. Read the entire label and use strictly in accordance with precautionary statements and use. When used as directed, Performacide's innovative, cutting-edge Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) technology kills germs, viruses*, mold, mildew, fungi, and odor-causing bacteria on hard, non-porous surfaces. To activate the system: Tear open the foil package and remove the white inner pouch (DO NOT OPEN WHITE INNER POUCH). Place the white pouch in a solid (not clear) 32 fl. oz. (946 ml) bottle filled with water and agitate before initial use. Allow pouch to activate in water for 1 hour to reach full strength, and apply as needed. Formula must be applied to ensure visible wetness of surface to be treated. Use stored formula within 15 days of activation.
