I wouldn't worry too much. If she is tolerating you wiping it, just clean it as needed with with a warm wet cotton ball. If she is pawing at her eyes or rubbing her face on the ground, or seems to have any other issue going on, call your vet and get her in for an exam. This product may help, though I doubt its entirely necessary. https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/vetericyn-ophthalmic-pet-gel Thanks for asking Boop by Petco!

It's ok to use to clean the eyes but if one eye is tearing there is probably something wrong with it, possibly an infection, and this will need to be treated with a different product which only a vet can prescribe.

Hello. Poor Kitty has a pretty significant upper respiratory infection. It could be caused by a bacterial or viral infection. The eyes look pretty irritated so while cleaning the eyes gently with a little warm water is fine, I would recommend having your veterinarian take a look & see if any eye or oral medications are necessary. You can start her on an L-lysine supplement ( an amino acid that may help to suppress the virus ) just in case this may be related to a herpes type virus very common in cats. There are many different kinds available at PetCo. But you should have Kitty seen as soon as possible as she does look quite uncomfortable. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

This could be a viral or bacterial infection that may need to be addressed by your veterinarian. There is likely nothing OTC that can be given to resolve it. An exam would be strongly recommended to prevent permanent damage or loss of vision.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. Based on your description and the pictures you have provided, this sounds as though Boba may be dealing with an allergy. There is nothing concerning in the pictures. It is difficult to say what the cause is as there are so many things that can cause allergies. I would recommend by starting with the below recommended products. If there is no improvement, I would recommend having Boba examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. He may need prescription medication to help with the main problem. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further. 1. Welactin omega 3 fish oil capsules for cats 2. Douxo PS Calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 3. Malacetic conditioning spray and apply to the affected areas until resolved. 4. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent
