Sienna has gone in for a spay we left her at 9 am and they had her pre an shot before we left. When should they be doing surgery for her to go home at 4:30 pm that’s when they said they’d be done and I am a bit panicking so it’ll help me be calm if I
I'm a nervous mom too, so I certainly understand what you are going through. The way most vet clinics do surgery is that we try to do all surgeries before 1 pm, so they have at least a few hours to recover before they are sent home. Most vets prefer to do dog spays first, so Sienna may already be done with surgery! Often, we do not call after each surgery is over, but will call after all surgeries are over for the day to verify pick up time. But every vet clinic does things differently, so I can't be sure how your vet clinic does things. I'm sure everything is going well, but if you really need to know if Sienna is done with surgery, you can always call to check on her. Thanks for using Boop by Petco! What an exciting time. You would need to start by getting a high quality diet (I like the Purina Pro Plan diets though there are plenty to choose from). Also, a dog bed and toys will be important as well. I recommend that you check with your veterinarian to get him in for initiation of vaccines and to start other preventative care medications such as flea and tick preventatives and heartworm preventatives. Hello! I noticed Jack licking after picking him up from daycare. A closer look revealed what looks like a blister on his penis... he has a cotton jumpsuit he wore to prevent licking a hernia repair so I put that on him until I can call his doctor in
This looks like a localized area of infection (a pustule). I think it is a good idea to keep the jumpsuit on him so he doesn’t irritate the skin any more over night. He may need a topical antibiotic ointment to help clear up the infection. Best of luck. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

My dog is hyper. I already took him to the park to run but he's the whole day throwing his toys at me to play with him and barking at me while I'm doing homework..... I'd love to play with him more but I don't have the whole day. What's there to do?

Kong toys that you can fill with peanut butter work great and you can find the kong toys online or at your local pet store.
