Hi there. No, this medication is not generally used in dogs. If you think Sergio is in pain, I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian for an exam. He/she can prescribe a safe and effective pain medication for him if needed.

Fortunately Harper is a very large dog and this single dose should not cause her any serious issue if at all. just monitor her for vomiting, diarrhea, blood in the stools, lethargy and lack of appetite, if she suffers from any of these signs i would recommend having her checked by your vet ASAP.

You can use apo-diclofenac first then wait at least 10 minutes before applying the other medication. They are both drops (not ointment) so even if you have given them the other way round (tobramycin first), absorption and efficacy is fine.

If she was just at the vet, call and tell them you saw little improvement. On that medicine. They will recommend you come in for a further work up, which is best. But often times they may be able to try another medicine first I would it recommend any Tylenol or aspirin at home as they can have side effects and are in the same class as the deramaxx such you will unlikely notice any relief Rest at home is a good option. You can also add omega 3 fatty acids and fish oils to the diet to help with joint pain from arthritis. Adding a canine glucosamine and chondrotin supplement makes a big difference Ce also. These can be purchased online or any pet store

Hi there! I love Samoyeds! If you think that Natika is doing very well now you can try just the joint supplements and save the meloxicam to only be used on an as needed basis if she appears particularly painful at any given time. Those joint supplements alone can make quite the difference sometimes. Good luck with your girl!
