I have guinea pig and I was wondering what kind of bedding is ok for them. The enclosure is large so I’m not sure if I wanna use that much paper bedding
You want to make sure to use a dust free bedding. The two that I recommend are Carefresh and Aspen pellets. Good ventilation and low dust are very important for the health of guinea pig lungs. Please feel free to post any additional questions.

Is pine bedding safe for rats and how do I treat minor wounds on my rat?
A better bedding would be Carefresh or Aspen pellets. Rats are very sensitive to dust in the bedding and it can lead to respiratory infections. Minor wounds may not require any human attention. Since rats groom themselves, you can not apply any topical ointments. You can gently wash the area with soap and thoroughly rinse it if needed. If it gets worse, have Percy seen by his veterinarian. Mice make very fun little pets! You will want to use a bedding substrate that is dust free. I recommend Care Fresh. It will need to be changed about once weekly. They love the have the little wheels to run in and most of them enjoy another mouse for company. You can give them a sock to make a nest out of but it should not be the primary bedding. In general you will not need an additional heat source as long as the house is warm. Keep the cage away from drafty windows and in a warm room. Mice also like to have toilet paper tubes and boxes to play and hide in. Make sure as well that you are feeding an appropriate diet meant for mice. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I'm looking for a shampoo that is safe for bathing my 8 year old rabbit, and I can't find shampoo specifically for rabbits at any of the local pet shops. I was wondering if ferret or cat shampoo will be safe for her.
Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco! Generally, rabbits keep themselves pretty clean so you shouldn't be bathing too frequently. However, if you do need to bathe her, you can use Kaytee Squeaky Clean Critter shampoo. This is fine to use as an over the counter product specifically for rabbits.
