I'm assuming you meant that Lola is a rabbit. Unfortunately Petco does not accept pets for rehoming, but if you contact your local store they might be able to give you the name of a rescue group near you. The local shelter would be another good resource. Here are a few rescue groups that I found online based on the zip code you provided: https://www.charlestonanimalsociety.org/bunny/ http://lowcountrybunny.org/

Thanks for uisng Boop by Petco! How far away you live from the laboratory could be a reason but usually once it arrives to the laboratory it takes an average of 5-7 days. You can always have your veterinarian expedite it. Hoping for something benign! Have a good day!!!

We can certainly try. Post again with your question, just know that we legally cannot provide a diagnosis or medication in the absence of a physical exam and a VPCR (veterinarian-patient-client relationship). You may need to find a veterinarian to examine Buddy. Most veterinarians will examine small pets. If a specialist is needed, they can refer you to one or seek a consultation with a specialist. The larger veterinary reference labs have specialists on staff for consultations by practicing veterinarians.
