The best training treats are ones that your dog really loves and that can be broken into very small treats. This is especially important with a small dog like Bella. I have used and really like Wellness Soft Puppy Bites and Fruitables. This article also mentions a couple of other small and soft chews that would work well for Bella. https://www.rover.com/blog/favorite-healthy-dog-training-treats/ Good luck! I hope that was helpful. The key to doing treats while a dog is on an elimination diet is to use treats that have the same ingredients as the food you are trying. Sometimes the easiest way to do this is to use canned food of the variety and flavor that you are using to put in a Kong or bake into treats. Other options would be to use sweet potato chews if the food you are feeding has sweet potatoes in it (which Zignature kangaroo does not) or giving dehydrated chews that are the same meat source that you are feeding (which will be a challenge for a kangaroo food). So, for the food you are feeding right now, the best option may be to use canned Zignature kangaroo to create treats for Lucy. Good luck! I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

They aren't the best brands, but you can give them to Chloe. The reason why they aren't the best brands is because they are cheaper, which means they are made with lower quality ingredients. If you want high quality treats for her, I'd recommend brands such as Royal Canin, Purina ProPlan, or Iams :-)

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! I'm assuming you are speaking of Milkbones the treats? As with any treat, as long as it isn't causing Chloe to have any vomiting, diarrhea or inappetence, small amounts of treats in moderation are fine for most dogs. If she is dealing with a weight issue, there are low calorie treats that are available as well.

Hello and thank you for your post on Boop by Petco! I like to use Tricky Trainers because they are grain free and are only 4kcal/treat. They also smell amazing to dogs and seem to be quite tasty to them. You can purchase these at any major pet supplies store. I hope this helps!
