Hi Diana, I have not yet tried the Nylabone Healthy Edibles with my dogs, but I just looked at the ingredients and think they might be a nice treat for Joey. Certainly, I always recommend monitoring a dog with any edible chew because they will sometimes bite off too large of a chunk, but I suspect that will be less of a problem with the Healthy Edibles than some of the other chew options on the market. If Joey has a problem with allergies, my favorite chews are Honest Kitchen Beams (https://www.thehonestkitchen.com/beams?gclid=Cj0KEQjwmK3OBRDKjN-L55---_UBEiQAOL6t1ONBCfGAKhdZ3BxXNOpy4Q4FLZFPR0lX79hOaIj9CO0aApIM8P8HAQ) and Sam's Yams (sweet potato treats). I hope that was helpful! Thanks for using PetCoach.

The key to doing treats while a dog is on an elimination diet is to use treats that have the same ingredients as the food you are trying. Sometimes the easiest way to do this is to use canned food of the variety and flavor that you are using to put in a Kong or bake into treats. Other options would be to use sweet potato chews if the food you are feeding has sweet potatoes in it (which Zignature kangaroo does not) or giving dehydrated chews that are the same meat source that you are feeding (which will be a challenge for a kangaroo food). So, for the food you are feeding right now, the best option may be to use canned Zignature kangaroo to create treats for Lucy. Good luck! I hope that was helpful. Brody is very handsome! I would not give any treats if he is on a hypoallergenic diet. I do have a recipe from Hills you can use to make treats with the food he is on. That way you are not adding anything extra to his diet. https://www.hillspet.com/dog-care/nutrition-feeding/healthy-homemade-dog-treats Thank you for using PetCoach.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is fine for Chloe to have milk bones. The treats and the dog food doesn't have to be the same unless Chloe suffers from food or skin allergies where the food protein is the same. Have a great day!

It is very difficult for us to recommend products when we don't know what is available to you in your country. Here in the US we would recommend products like these: ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/kaytee-timothy-hay-baked-apple-small-animal-treats ) ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/oxbow-15-oz-oxbow-alfalfa-hay ) ( ) I don't think dog biscuits are the best option.
