Can I purchase a new base for this cage? The wire cage is good but the plastic base has a large crack in it, as does the slide out drawer.

Is it okay to use this for a parakeet? The others are too small or too expensive.
- I have my cockatiel in this exact cage. He has a lot of toys and plenty play room. I also added a Lixit water bowl which he uses as a bath. I’m very happy with the cage.

what are the dimensions of the box that the cage is packaged in? I have to ship the cage overseas, so the measurements listed arent helpful since i wont ship the cage already assembled.

Grate removal. Afer pulling tray out how do you get the grate out?
- Sorry, but you have to remove the whole pan from the cage. It's easy to do but still a pain.

- Yes, I think 4 parakeets could fit in this cage. I have 3 in mine and think 1 more would be fine. But that is the max I would have in there without it being too crowded.

Where is the best place for me to put my bird cage?
I am looking to get a bigger cage for my 2 year old conure. Currently I’m in the market to buy one online that is advertised as a “solid metal cage” coated with “non-toxic hammertone paint” which included stainless steel dishes. I was just wondering if this would actually be a safe cage for a green cheek. The seller is YaheeTech, which is based in Ontario California but customer pictures show a box with "Made in China." Mostly 5 stars, with lowest rating be 3 stars. Is non-toxic hammertone safe?

My Canary, Ringo, has a Cage that has a peaked roof, like a house. I have a chance to get a Flat-topped roof, larger cage. Which type of cage do Canaries like? I prefer the house-style cage, as it is more attractive. But, I realize Canaries don't know about their cage being attractive. Ringo would be able to fly more in the larger cage. Is the Peaked Roof just a Personal, Human Preference? And, Not the Canaries?

Can I have a list on what to get and feed a amazon parrot. Also what size cage? Most like would be open if I were up there. Would it keep a bird awake if I had an audio book on in the room my bird is in at night? She would be covered. Would an amazon parrot fly out if my door was open? I have a pair of cockatiels. One have broken wing and unable to fly. I think its a female due to larger foot size. She is unable to fly thats why male also dont practice flying now. How to be sure that they get required excersize? I feed them dry seeds, millets regularly and occassionally weeds from my terrace garden, spinach, coriander. Tried to feed them rice and fruits but they did not touched them. how can i make my male bird to fly or is it okay if he chooses not to fly? Cage is L4ft*H3ft
