How to train a dog to ring bell when go potty outside?
How to potty train my puppy ?? And teach her to bark to go out to poop ?
How can I potty train my dog?
How do I potty train my dog ?
How do you potty train a 2 yr old female yorkie? There's a potty pad available near the outside door
My 3 month old corgi is basically already potty trained to go outside, she rings a bell that hangs on the door when she has to go, but she also tends to only ring it when she has to poop as well as pee, not solely pee. She's peeing on blankets in the floor and we don't have anywhere to put them and can't do anything with them as we live in a suite in a hotel. I understand shes a puppy and will have accidents, but she has pads in the floor she can go on & she continuously chooses the blankets.
We have a foster dog (Italian Greyhound), who hasn't been easy to potty train. Our dog uses a potty system in our bathroom (the "Piddle Place") without issue and also goes outside. Our foster pup goes outside when we're there but was used to having a dog door (which we don't have) and going as she pleased, so she's been pooping/peeing all over the house. Any tips on getting her to use the Piddle Place like our dog, or signaling to go outside would be great.
Our puppy is 11 mnths and is trained to ring a bell and go outside to do her business. She will be staying with my Mom when we are on vacation, and she lives in a 2nd floor apartment. My question is, would it be okay to put the bell on the door to the balcony, then put a “grass” pee pad out there for her to use? We leave in 2 days.
How can I get my puppy to start signaling me that he needs to go outside to use the bathroom?
max is 6 months old now,,still when he is alone he do potty inside in porch..i have trained him to ring the bell to go ouside and he learned it,but he also ring the bell to play outside with other dogs on street..not only for potty,he ring the bell for play also...why he do potty still inside the house??plzz help
All of a sudden my dog has been having strange accidents. We trained her to use a bell when she needs to go out to use the bathroom. This has been working great for the last month or two. In the last day or so i have been noticing her sprinkling when excited and some accidents here and there. For example today after i took her out to the bathroom about a half hour later she rang the bell and i got up and saw a trail of pee leading to the door, as if she couldn’t hold it as she was walking.
So Bailey is 13 almost 14 weeks old and she is pretty much potty trained. She has very few accidents in the house anymore and goes to the door when she needs to go. However, when she goes to the door she just sits there. I watch her very carefully and I know where she is at all times. My question is how can a train her to bark to let me know that she wants to go outside? Or does it just come eventually with time?
