Sanshoku Koi Swordtails are a beautiful, easy to care for, vibrant and hardy option for the beginner hobbyist. The male swordtail has a showy extension on their caudal tail that resembles a sword. It is not recommended to add multiple males to the aquarium because they can become territorial. They are peaceful fish that will do great in community tanks. Be aware that these are livebearers so when adding females and males that you can end up with more than when you started. This Swordtail will eat just about anything offered from frozen freshwater foods to pellets, freeze dried and flakes.

Hello! my tropic tetra fish, límon, has a cut out down the middle that I have not noticed before and her tail has a small cut too. she lives in a 10 gallon community tank with 3 more tropic tetras. none of her tank mates are aggressive. Does she have fin rot or some other disease? she gets regular water changes and has been acting completely normal. please send help!
My new betta is coming up with silvery spots behind gill slits and underneath mouth. His water also seems to get clear algae growth rather quickly (3days) on the surface. I would love to be able to send pictures. My first betta
I had one rosy Tetra for 2.5months till yesterday and on yesterday itself I added a pair of guppies and binos . I also added pebbles in my Fish tank yesterday. Today I was shocked to find out that my Rosy Tetra who was totally healthy till yesterday had it's tail fins slightly cut and wasn't looking as a good healthy Tetra. What is the cause for this? Is he injured or sick ? Please Give me a solution to this
My betta fish is turning white!please help!!
My male Crowntail Betta fish is acting very lethargic, he stays at the bottom of the tank and only coming up for air, barely eats, his stomach looks hollow, and the scales along his back are raised. He has been this way for a few weeks but isn't getting better. I change his water weekly, and he lives in an environment where his is not caused stress.
I bought this goldfish last week and it has had a small growth/bump on its fin since then. It has grown slightly but not dramatically. He is still active and eating well. I have been thinking that the growth is a fungus and am treating with pimafix but judging by the way it looks I am not 100% sure it really is fungal. Does this look like a fungual infection or something else?
I got a new betta in January, and I'm starting to notice that his tail is fraying a bit. I'm concerned because I have another betta, and his tail is really frayed too, but I thought that maybe he was always like that. But I definitely know that the new bettas fins were not. I have a heater and the chemicals are fine, and I use melafix fish first aid every time I change the water. The first pic is what he looked like before, the next is what he looks like now, and the third one is my other fish.
My gold fish got white spots on her fins and body and she has got red spots also. The white thing looks like fungus. 7 of my fishes died due to this. They became slow and just sat down and slowly died. Just one left plzz help. What can I do?
