This is horrendous. My very active and healthy cockatiel fell and hurt his wing within five minutes. There are not enough connectors!!!! For example, there is a ladder he climbs up then there’s a huge gap with nowhere for him to grab. At the bottom, there aren’t perches, there are squared off slippery bars. I know people say they do extra to make it better for their bird, but I just paid a ton of money so why should I have to spend so much more just so my bird has a semi safe playset!? Please do not buy for your cockatiel unless you want to invest much more into making it usable.

Its smaller than I thought. I was okay to put together. Some parts are hard, they should label the pieces even if with a piece of tape with the letter it is supposed to be and to match with another. I had to get some help and to get the main piece in and we could never get the seed guard to work right so left it off, it was not fit right it seems to big and its awkward to work with. I wish it was bigger my bird is not liking it.

My birds love this stand, however my mail cauque it shredding one of the bottom perches do you offer replacement perches?

Bought this about 5 months ago. The only problem is my parrot Goes to the bathroom in his water dish and his food dish. I absolutely hate that the food & water are so low. I’m going to get the large one because the water & food bowls are on top like they should be. This is a horrible dish design. My Parrot could get very sick If he drinks or eats out of his feces filled Bowls. Not cool...I wouldn’t recommend this stand to any parrot Mommy or Daddy. Health Risk... Other then that it’s a good concept. Who ever designed this does not own Parrots obviously...

It's absolutely perfect for our parrotlet and parakeet. There's plenty of spots to hang toys, ladders, & swings. They absolutely love it! I would suggest having someone help put it together though. I did it alone and had a little bit of difficulty fitting all the pieces together correctly.

Item arrived in a very timely fashion and had a cracked tray... I contacted PreVue, sent 2 pics and the new tray was delivered ASAP :) I am very pleased with the customer care and the awesome way this was handled by this company... Just to add, the Playstand was super easy to assemble.

My 15 year old Eclectus absolutely Loves his PlayStation. There are lots of toys he’s never played with & now he does. The only flaw since he’s bigger is he poops in his water dish. The stand is in the living room so now he’s a part of the family. Best purchase I’ve ever made besides his stainless steel cage.
