- On tile or wood flooring we have always put a small throw rug under the pad. This adds stability to the pad.

- Wash on hot, with a load of cleaning rags and dish towels. Use Oxyclean to make sure you get everything smelling nice.

what attracts the dog to use pad instead of floor or carpet
- Next time you find a urine spot, soak the pad in it to get the scent. Then place the pad where you want the dog to go. If you notice the dog showing interest in the pad, use "Go potty!" or whatever your command is. If the dog goes on the pad, give a treat and say "Good potty!" Dogs are pretty smart, they'll figure it out fast.

Is there a good brand of wee-wee pads? Money is not an issue, but my Buddy is being trained to potty in and out of the house, but these pads are not good at all. Is there a pad out there recommended above another that will hold a good amount of pee? HELP

My dog is house-trained, so she knows not to pee inside, but now we've moved into an apartment and can't always take her outside to pee when she needs to. We've tried keeping her inside for a day and using beaphar Puppy Trainer, plus people said to give her a place to poop, take her there frequently, and limit her area.
