First use, cut my dogs paw!

Mama Bear to Bella Bean

Just got our package today and my baby loved it so much, but then when I grabbed it to put it up, I noticed that there was blood on it. Then I checked her paws and her paw is cut! Then I found other reviews saying cut paws. I was watching my baby play with this and videoing. She never yelped or anything, but was hurt.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My pup loves it! He took a little while to figure out how to play at first, but now he’s enjoying it :) I’m so glad I bought it for him!

Great Puzzle, Very Much Fun for Our Dog

crittercompanion

Our dog has a couple of puzzle toys and loves them. But she needed a bit more challenge, and this toy is great for that. She loved hunting for the treats, caught on to the game pretty quickly, but it offers so many variations, it kept her busy for much longer than the other puzzles. It's solid, sturdy, well designed for dogs. This one is going to give her lots of fun puzzle time.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Helps my energetic Aussie pup calm down for a bit

I have a very energetic puppy (Aussie shepherd/cattle dog mix) and she gets boundless amounts of energy even after running laps around our yard. This occupies her mind for about an hour and then she naps for a bit giving us some peace for a bit haha...

Yes, I recommend this product.

Love this toy

It was my dog's first time doing any time of puzzle with a toy like this. He was very intrigued and spent a lot of time playing with it. He definitely likes it and so do I.

Awesome and durable!the tiles slide well and dont get stuck. I can fit about 1 cup of kibble among all the holes. Also, the holes slide out from under the tiles for easy filling. Perfect!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Does the treat drawer come completely out for cleaning? Does it snap in, as our dog is extremely bright and would pull it open? What makes it not dishwasher safe?

  1. Handwash is usually recommended over dish washer, because detergent may get stuck in small compartments of games. But you can put in in top rack, just make sure it's properly rinsed. You slide the treat drawer in and out, don't think your dog will be able to pull it out.
