I have a Blue and Gold Macaw, which is a large parrot. She is difficult for strangers to approach, so this feed and waterer makes it possible for her care when I am away

Yes, I recommend this product.

We have two big dogs in separate pens and bought one for each of them. Installation was quick and easy and these are so convenient! Now we can feed our dogs without opening the gate and having a possible escape. And, if someone else feeds our dogs when we're away, they don't have to go into the pen with the dogs to feed them. We love these and wish we had had them years ago! We highly recommend them!

Yes, I recommend this product.

I took a dog kennel and turned it in a cage for a pair of blue and gold macaws. Of course, I needed food dishes for them. I found these and it works perfectly. Easy to install and makes feeding time so much easier. I'm no longer being attacked to get thier bowls.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have not installed yet on my AKC 10x10 Kennel, but it is a good, sturdy product. It was cheaper thru Petco than other sites, including direct from manufacturer. Looking forward to using it, it will make my life easier.

Yes, I recommend this product.

well built, not like others on the market, the bowls drop in the bowl holder and are secure. other brands just clip around the outside so a dog can paw the bowl out from the clips.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Do you sell replacement parts? Im looking for the nut, bolt, and the small bar that holds the water bowls in.

  1. Please contact our customer service department for replacement parts at 1-800-955-2879.

Do you need to cut some of the wire on the wire kennel? I see this unit is wider than any opening on wire panel.

  1. Yes, you would need to cut some of the wire mesh to install the Rotating bowl system.

Do you have to cut a hole in the pen.

  1. Yes you do. If it is one of Jewett Cameron's welded wire kennels it fits the area with a frame of sorts so the bowls can rotate in and out.

When it says "Lock In" does that mean that the bowls will not come out from the inside of the cage? We have 2 monkeys that pull their bowls out of the hangers and dump their food.

  1. Yes, The bowls are bolted in and are not able to be removed until unbolted. It is a nice feature for what you are describing. However, we use these at an animal control holding facility and the bowls aren't able to be removed for cleaning. Everything else is built fairly well and we have had no issues.

Will it work on a chain link fencing ?

  1. Hello, This will only work on wire kennels. Thanks!

Does this hook to any panel that you have already or do you have to buy a special panel for the food and water dish

  1. Hi Bev9806 This includes a rust-resistant steel holder that clamps securely to any wire kennel panel. below are the hardwares included. 2 – Stainless steel bowls 1 – Rotating frame 2 – attachment bars 8 – Bolts & nuts Thanks
