The Half Black Veil Angels will help make your aquarium more elegant. This one has long flowing fins that will make them stand out. The angelfish are an excellent candidate for planted aquariums and are relatively peaceful. Angelfish are in the cichlid family, which is why they are considered semi-aggressive. They can be territorial especially if they have decided to lay eggs. To reduce the chance of aggression, try adding the angels to the aquarium last. They do prefer slightly more acidic water conditions. Adding driftwood can help naturally soften the water while also providing a place for the angels to hide. Be sure to feed them a variety of foods that include vegetables and meaty substances.

A bacteria booster may also help develop a new aquarium for your new fish. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried, and frozen food, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller, unfiltered aquariums.

One of my parrot cichlid has developed black eye which I don't seem to understand as to what is it exactly. Eye is swollen and a bit out of its socket. Previously it was white but now changing to black color. Due to this fish is hiding continuously and other fishes are pinching it.
I just recently got a fish friend of a friend type thing and nobody seems to know what kind of fish he looks kind of lind a gold fish hes a shiny dirty white color with white dots on his tail and two white long whiskers on the bottom of him i just noticed hes turning almost a black color why is that and what kind of fish is it...?

I have an angelfish and a red tail shark in a 15 gallon tank for about 4 days and they get along great. The angel fish has been almost swimming kind of lazy like almost floating and then will swim when off balance. And belly kinda looks swollen as well as eyes. And my red tail shark seems to have a gray patch on it's side and not swimming as active as he was. Either hides in the back of tank or in a house for hours.
I bought a black mask lovebird a few days back, it's a young lovebird. Two days ago I found some kind of swelling above one of its eye (shown in the picture). The lovebird is normal and active, but I'm worried that is it some kind of infection? or is it normal before developing a complete white circle around the eye.

Yesterday, while cleaning it’s tank, I noticed she had 1 white dot on its wen and black on her tail. Today I noticed another 1 white dot. So now she has 2 white dots on her wen and black on her tail. I just purchased a lutino cockatiel from a breeder 3 days ago. I believe is inbred. The breeder believes it's a 4 month old male. Large feet, large eyes, and lower mandible large. Broken tailfeathers were pulled out to re grow and did not make a sound. Does not scream. Whistles sorta when u whistle. Eats poops and drinks normal. Big poops though. Unbalanced when on finger and shakes. Not hand fed and the most calm bird ever. Sits still until is hungry or thirsty. Doesnt play. Likes necklaces. ??
