I think it’s very deceptive that petco puts in title “large” pads. Due to that’s how I was searching the size I needed. And no where in description does it state these are the tiny 23 pads. They are pieces of garbage by the way. Very hard to unfold. And most are already crinkled and were very hard to lay out.

First off shame on you Petco. For putting in title “ GLAD for Pets Large Activated Carbon”. I didn’t realize until after I opened them they are the tiny useless pads. And what waste these are. Some were already crumbled in packaging. And just tried laying them down. Hard to open & the ones that were crumbled can’t even lay flat.

Super Absorbent

I actually like these training pads for my puppy and ferret alot. They are very absorbent and they do hold the odor down. They tend to be a bit more expensive then the other brands but they are definitely worth it. I found out that I didn't run through these like the other brands. They held up really well and they super a bit longer than the other competitors brand. And more so then anything else my puppy and ferret loves them. A great buy.

Pads don’t lay flat and are slippery on the bottom. They just get wadded up and won’t stay in place. Additionally you can’t see the wet spots so it’s hard to tell which need to be replaced unless you feel them for pee. Terrible product.

Good - No Smell - Hard to Spot Spots

Like the title says, they’re good, the charcoal definitely reduces smell, but on the downside, it’s a little harder to identify wet spots after a few moments because the pad soaks up the stain from the top level, which is nice, but if you have a puppy and pads everywhere, then that means you risk stepping on a wet part of the pad without realizing the dog peed there recently. If I were using these for an older indoor dog, then this would definitely be preferred over the standard white ones, but since I have a newborn puppy and pads everywhere, it’d be nice if they had one that didn’t hide stains. But the odor reducing is a huge plus, and they absorb much better than others, so when she gets older and only needs one pad indoors, then these will make more sense.

DO NOT GET THESE. My dog peed twice on the pad and it smelled absolutely horrible. It makes the urine smell stronger

        It does not. The description is wrong. I called petco to tell them too. I ripped apart many of the pads to check if the adhesive was hidden.
