NEXGARD COMBO Heartworm Prevention for Cats

Can I use sentry fiprogard plus and nexgard chewables within the same week? I applied the sentry 2 days ago and I have found fleas on my dos today. I bought nexgard chewables. How long should I wait to give nexgard to the dogs?

Is it safe for my 40 lb lab mix to wear a seresto collar and also use nexgard? He's worn seresto forever, but the vet prescribed nexgard today. He didn't specify if I should remove the collar, or leave it on for the course of the nexgard.

Hello there! I have 4 dogs and i give them nexgard and heartgard monthly. I saw online that there is nexgard spectra that covers all that nxgd and hrtgd do but in one pill. It also costs about 700 a year for all my pets as opposed to 1000 with the 2 monthly pills. My question is, is nexgard spectra just as safe and effective as the combination of 2 pills nxgrd/hrtgd? please could i ask, my 1 years old labrador takes every month nexgard flea tablets. unfotunately, the day when i gave him this tablet , he did vomit and am aftraid he vomit and the nexgard tablets, so he not be protected. is it ok to put on him in this case beaphar flea collar that he be protected this month. what do you think as am not sure if he did vomit the nexgard tablets or is in his body and will protect him Thank you Viktoriya
