How long should I freeze the Kong toy and if he eat the contents of the Kong is it ok ? Like peanut butter? What else can I put in the Kong

Does pumpkin for anal Gland treatment need to be given at each meal of can it be given once a day? I use a Kong at one of her meals and layer the Kong with pumpkin.
