I’ve noticed that one of my cats dew claws is much thicker than his other claws. It is also yellow in color. He walks just fine without any pain. We also regularly trim our cats nails since they are indoors. About every other week. I’ve read online that thicker claws can be common for older cats, but he is only three. Should I be worried about this?
A few of my cats claws seem kinda dark and brownish. There are no growths on them or anything and they don't seem to hurt her, but they're like brown instead of white. Why could this be?
So my cat, Hestia, 2 years old, has somehow managed to totally wreck several of her claws. None are infected, and she doesn't look to be in pain, but it cant possibly be healthy. I'm watching her, and keeping the claws clean, but I want to know, why is she doing this? There is at least one messed up claw per paw, even that weird fifth claw! And her sister, Artemis, has all her claws in perfect shape. She has no other injuries.
Hello there! My dog has been chewing from time to time the claws on her back foot. Upon close inspectation I noticed that her claws were long and pointed. It's seems that we may have forgot to groom that foot. Could this be the reason for chewing?
How do I stop my cat from biting and playing with us using her claws?
Can a class claws grow back once declared cause I keep hearing scratching when she goes to scratch
Can you remove front claws while cat is being spayed/ I would pay this. How much is it?
How to clip a cat's claws? The cat is one year old. Do I need to do this?
Dog's front left paw is swollen and the dew claws quick is discolored. The Dee claws appears to be pushed in further than the other one. This just happened yesterday, when she jumped up to be petted. She is 55-60 pounds and 3 years old.
Hi! My cat broke one of his claws on his right posterior leg yesterday. Unfortunately, the claws is still attached to his paw but I was unable to detach it and it's pointing sideways. The root of the claw is exposed and swolen, and there was moderate bleeding when I found out about it. What do you suggest doing? Thank you.
Hi I have a question I would like to ask I am wanting to get a bird that would be in a nice home i have 2 dogs and 2 cats but one my cats hardly comes up stairs and the bird would be in my room where none the animals go so the bird would be safe and secure so I was wondering if a bird would feel nice and conferrable in my home and I could take him out slowly so the cats and dogs won't hurt him. Also my cats front claws are declawed so they can't really harm him and they are both very laid back.
Hi, 1st off, I have 3 indoor cats. Only 1 cat, 7 yrs old has a red watering eye. It's clear what is coming from it but inside is red. He can see & acts like normal. I'm thinking he accidentally scratched his eye with his own claws. Other cats are fine. He eats, drinks, everything else is normal. Don't know if I should take him to Vet or not. Thank you for any assistance you can provide me with.
