My cat gets pretty bored with play. She usually likes hair ties and balled up post-it notes. When it comes to the wand, she grew out of it after about 9 months old. But discovering this feathery toy has allowed me to play with her again! Which is great because it strengthens our bond. I also love that I can replace it (when the feathers wear down) without having to buy a whole new wand.

My kitties both love feathers. This attaches to a rod with a string. It makes a wonderful noise for the cats. And it sure exercises them. They both go nuts when we get this out. Our 10 year old cat does acrobatics in the air to try to get this. Our two kitties both take turns with trying to get this.

My kitty goes crazy with these. The feathers turn like a propeller as you play with the cat, giving the impression of a real flying bird. It lasts a long as feathers would, being attacked and shredded by a feline, but it is priced well, so I just keep buying different color replacements every time
