I use this product to clean my guinea pig cage. This is my third purchase. SoPhresh should speak to its packaging company. The old pump worked fine. The new "trigger" is flimsy and leaks.

I love that this doesn’t have a lot of scent, however, neutralizes rabbit urine odor well. I generally use white vinegar for most things like the litter box, but this does well in spot cleaning some areas like the cage floor.

Hi. I used this on my rabbit and it works great!! I've used this cleaner for years and it's safe. I believe it's safe for your chinchillas. They are considered small pet and on the bottle it's for small pets. Hope this helps.

Hi. I have a small animal, a rabbit and it works great in cleaning the cage. Its safe and doesn't harm my pet. I have used this for a few years. When it says for small animal its for any small pet :)
